Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Head – Agentic AI Platforms to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale, multi-million dollar AI programs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building Agentic AI systems, multi-agent architectures, and autonomous AI platforms at scale.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI platform engineering, distributed systems, and large-scale program delivery, along with deep expertise in modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-million dollar AI programs ($5M )
- Define and implement enterprise AI architecture and platform strategy
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows
- Develop AI orchestration pipelines using LangChain and LangGraph
- Implement agent-based solutions using AutoGen / CrewAI
- Build scalable systems using Python, microservices, and APIs
- Lead large engineering teams (20–100 members) across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership for AI transformation initiatives
- Ensure best practices for scalability, security, and governance
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in software engineering / architecture
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML or AI platform development
- Proven experience delivering large-scale programs ($5M budgets)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python
- Experience with:
- Multi-agent systems / Agentic AI
- LLM orchestration and AI pipelines
- Distributed systems & microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms: Amazon Web Services (Bedrock), Azure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building enterprise AI platforms in production
- Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Experience in consulting or digital transformation programs
