Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Head to lead the design, delivery, and execution of cutting-edge IT solutions and AI-driven projects. This role will act as a critical bridge between onshore (US clients/stakeholders) and offshore (delivery/engineering teams) to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, and high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern AI technologies including Agentic AI, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and RAG pipelines, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT solutions and AI-based projects.
- Act as a liaison between onshore clients and offshore development teams.
- Drive architecture, design, and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions.
- Oversee development of systems using:
- AWS Bedrock (LLM integrations)
- LangChain & LangGraph frameworks
- Agentic AI architectures
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Python-based backend systems
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for solutioning and technical proposals.
- Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and architecture validations.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical challenges across projects.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI solution offerings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of experience in software development and technology leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- AWS Bedrock and cloud-native architectures
- LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM-based application development
- Agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks
- RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks)
- Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working directly with US clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building enterprise-grade AI products or platforms.
- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps, and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior experience in consulting or IT services organizations.
