The role involves running QC tests, analyzing data, maintaining equipment, and following standard procedures to ensure accurate results.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Flow Cytometry testing and data analysisComplete QC tests accurately and on timeFollow SOPs and maintain proper documentationCalibrate and maintain lab equipmentPrepare reagents, supplies, and keep the lab organizedWork with human blood, mammalian cells, and tissue culturesSupport safety practices and report any hazardsParticipate in training, cross-training, and team activitiesMust-Have SkillsFlow Cytometry (hands-on)FACS data acquisition & analysisBasic computer skills (Excel, Word)Ability to follow lab procedures and maintain accurate recordsNice-to-Have SkillsFlowJoTissue Culture experiencePrevious QC or biotech lab experienceEducation & ExperienceBS/BA in a scientific field or relevant courseworkMinimum 2 years of experience in a biotech/research labIndustrial or research lab experience preferred
