Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business.
- 10 years in inventory or spare parts management (medical/pharma/FMCG preferred).
- Strong analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Mandatory experience with IBM Maximo & SAP; SQL/database knowledge a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end spare parts procurement and optimize inventory levels.
- Integrate processes with IBM Maximo/SAP and maintain data accuracy.
- Manage vendor relationships and source critical parts.
- Lead warehouse operations, cycle counts, audits, and compliance.
- Analyze usage trends, forecast demand, and create dashboards/reports.
- Support Maximo configuration, integration, and project execution with cross-functional teams.
