Program Management Office Manager

We’re Hiring: PLM Program Manager & Onsite Coordinator

Location: East Syracuse, NY

Experience: 10 Years

Work Mode: Onsite

Salary: Up to $100k - $120K/annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams of 25 resources across PLM projects.
• Coordinate with customers on requirements, project status, enhancements, deployments, and go-live support.
• Oversee Windchill PLM architecture, customizations, workflows, and system upgrades.
• Manage resource planning, project schedules, effort estimation, and project delivery.
• Prepare project plans, proposals, SOWs, and management status reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of hands-on Windchill PLM and PTC product experience.
• Experience as a Windchill Technical Architect.
• 3 years of Windchill customization experience (Version 10 or above).
• Strong knowledge of Windchill 13.0/13.1, PDMLink, ACLs, lifecycles, workflows, OIRs, and action models.
• Technical experience with Java, JSP, JavaScript, J2EE, and XML.
• Proven experience in team leadership, customer coordination, resource allocation, and project management.
• Knowledge of ArborText Content Delivery, BOM Transformation, and Change Management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience as specified in the job requirements.
