Mechanical Engineer – PTC Creo

Job Description:

We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in mechanical design and product development, with hands-on proficiency in PTC Creo. The role involves 3D modeling, assembly design, engineering drawings, design modifications, and documentation throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring design accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with engineering specifications.

Key Skills

• PTC Creo, 3D modeling, component design, assembly modeling, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Mechanical design principles, GD&T, dimensional accuracy, drawing interpretation, and manufacturability reviews.
• BOM preparation, engineering documentation, drawing revisions, and engineering change management.
• Design verification, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, product engineering, and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 5–6 years of experience in mechanical engineering, mechanical design, or product development.
• Hands-on PTC Creo experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, GD&T, BOMs, engineering drawings, and design documentation.

Additional Skills

• Experience in industrial equipment, power systems, engine components, or related manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with PLM systems, engineering change processes, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and design validation practices.
• Knowledge of engineering standards, design procedures, and documentation requirements.
