Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Process Maintenance Technician to provide shift support for process equipment used in large-scale manufacturing. This role will focus on maintaining and troubleshooting critical equipment such as tanks, buffer prep systems, chromatography columns, centrifuge equipment, and process piping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on process support equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Support the scale-up of manufacturing operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Document all work in compliance with regulatory and site quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth equipment operations.
Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (required).
- Hands-on experience with process support equipment in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industry (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills.
- GMP experience strongly preferred.
- Candidates with mechanical maintenance experience in other regulated industries (nuclear, food & beverage, etc.) will also be considered.
