Position: Operations Clerk II
Location: Columbia, SC
We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Clerk II to join our team! If you have experience with data analysis, accounts receivable, SAP/ERP systems, and administrative operations, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis and data cleansing to maintain data accuracy
Support accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and payment research
Process customer orders and resolve discrepancies using SAP
Investigate and resolve customer issues with minimal supervision
Maintain accurate business documentation and records
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient branch operations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with comparable experience
ERP experience required (SAP preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CRM or Field Service experience is a plus
