Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
We are seeking a reliable Material Handler I to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and order fulfillment operations in a medical device manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of life-saving medical devices and supplies.Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and patient orders accurately.
- Perform shipping and receiving activities.
- Package products according to company quality standards.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and organized work areas.
- Follow SOPs, quality procedures, and safety regulations.
- Rotate between warehouse functions as required.
- Support daily warehouse and distribution operations.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, packaging, assembly, or order picking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform warehouse duties.
- No heavy lifting required.
- Medical device, healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices.
