Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer II
Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Job Summary
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support integration activities related to transitioning an existing quality management system into a new enterprise-wide system. This role requires strong documentation review capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and ensure accuracy of procedures, protocols, and SOPs as part of system integration efforts
- Support development and maintenance of controlled documentation, including:
- Work instructions
- Process flow diagrams
- Gap analysis
- Control plans
- Risk management documentation
- Assist in execution and revalidation of equipment qualifications (IQ/OQ/PQ) per updated procedures
- Provide technical support for manufacturing engineering activities and initiatives
- Lead and manage moderately complex engineering tasks with cross-functional coordination
- Identify issues proactively and recommend effective solutions, including applying new methods when needed
- Participate in peer reviews for validation, verification, and technical approaches
- Support activities such as line moves, process duplication, or equipment transitions

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience preferred
