Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Phone Bot and Chat Bot solutions using Genesys for a global contact center environment. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with omnichannel customer engagement platforms and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Phone Bot and Chat Bot implementation using Genesys
- Manage cross-functional and global teams to ensure successful project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources)
- Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across business and technical teams
- Oversee integration efforts with CRM platforms such as SAP C4C or Service Cloud V2
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Ensure delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget
Required Skills
- Primary Skill: Genesys Contact Center (Advanced, 6–9 years experience)
- Strong experience with omnichannel contact center solutions
- Proven experience managing bot (voice/chat) implementation projects
Preferred Skills
- SAP C4C – Cloud for Customer (Intermediate, 3–5 years experience)
- Salesforce Service Cloud (Intermediate, 3–5 years experience)
- Experience with Service Cloud V2 integrations
- Familiarity with global contact center operations
