Position: IT Service Delivery Technician I
Location: Dubois, PA
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Help Desk and desktop support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Deploy and configure computers, printers, scanners, VoIP phones, and mobile devices
Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools
Manage and document incidents, service requests, and resolutions through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
Assist with user account management, equipment deployment, asset tracking, and IT projects
Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deliver outstanding technical support
Preferred Qualifications:
1–3 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Service Delivery experience
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, and ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Associate Degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or related field preferred
A , Network , Microsoft, or ITIL certifications are a plus
