Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the development of manufacturing and test equipment for medical devices. This role involves designing, building, and validating complex electrical and software systems, either independently or as part of a cross-functional engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support project teams in defining specifications, evaluating feasibility, and providing design estimates
- Design and develop electrical systems and software for manufacturing and test equipment
- Coordinate, track, and document project scope, timelines, and costs
- Create electrical and software designs using standard tools and development procedures
- Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion within scope
- Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project status and results
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and technicians for system design, assembly, and debugging
- Select and specify electrical and pneumatic components for automated systems
- Support FDA/QSR compliance by assisting with equipment specifications and qualification activities
- Provide training to ensure proper operation of control systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices across engineering teams
- Ensure adherence to all quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Support compliance with FDA and Quality System Regulations (QSR)
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and RF communication systems
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with version control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket
- Experience in system verification and validation
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (medical device preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of automation systems and control systems
- Exposure to equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
