Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to design and deliver business and technical solutions using Salesforce platforms. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and implement scalable solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Design functional and technical solutions using Salesforce (Sales, Service & Experience Cloud)
• Translate business needs into system configurations and enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
• Test, validate, and document system functionality
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
• Support documentation, reporting, and solution delivery
✅ Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in data analysis, testing, and documentation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or Consultant)
• Experience working in Agile environments
