This is a full-time, on-site Facility Technician role located in Quantico, VA. The Facility Technician will be responsible for overseeing facility maintenance and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing systems, managing facility operations, and ensuring the upkeep of the building. The role requires ensuring safety protocols are followed and facilities meet operational needs in a professional and efficient manner.
- Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Building Maintenance, with the ability to manage day-to-day facility operations.
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair tasks, and operations related to facility upkeep.
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues with building systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently with a detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications in facility or maintenance management are preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, especially in government or commercial facility maintenance, is a plus.
