Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in manufacturing process development, continuous improvement, and PLM implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Windchill PLM, including configuration, workflows, lifecycles, attributes, integrations, and product data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop manufacturing processes, production layouts, tooling, equipment installation, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.
  • Optimize and continuously improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
  • Analyze manufacturing problems, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain processes supporting Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability improvement.
  • Manage product data and engineering change processes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Configure, implement, and support Windchill PLM solutions, providing both business process and technical expertise.
  • Configure workflows, attributes, lifecycles, and PLM integrations with ERP, CAD, MES, and other enterprise systems.
  • Support Agile PLM processes and product data governance initiatives.
  • Perform testing, inspections, and validation activities to verify process effectiveness.
  • Develop fabrication procedures, tooling requirements, and equipment adaptations for production environments.
  • Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
  • Lead or support PLM and manufacturing improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4 years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience.
  • Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Knowledge of SPC methodologies, process capability, and quality tools.
  • Strong PLM implementation and product data management experience.
  • Windchill PLM SME-level expertise is highly preferred.
  • Experience configuring PLM applications, workflows, lifecycles, attributes, and integrations.
  • Experience with Agile PLM is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing equipment, tooling, machining, material handling, and assembly processes.
  • Understanding of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Practical project management knowledge.
