Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software.
Troubleshoot basic network, software, and printing problems
Build and configure new user workstation equipment (PC, desktop image, phone, peripherals, software, user accounts)
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service experience
