Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$136,380.00-192,540.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Summary
Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data pipelines to track engineering performance for Silicon development (Semiconductor). Work with engineering, program management, and BI teams to turn complex data into clear insights that drive better decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and engineering performance indicators
- Develop data pipelines and ensure data quality across engineering datasets
- Partner with engineering teams and program management to define KPIs
- Transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Support data governance and best practices across the organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6 years experience in BI development, analytics, or data science
- Skills in Power BI, SQL, and Python
- Designing KPI frameworks and data modeling
- Semiconductor or technology industry background
- Experience with Databricks and cloud analytics platforms
- Executive communication and stakeholder management experience
