Overview
Cirque Analytics is looking for a Technical Support Engineer 3 to join the team. This is a 90% work from home position, with travel required to our datacenter facilities in Phoenix, AZ. We are requiring that candidates be in proximity of the Phoenix metro area.
Responsibilities:
· Provide first line phone and ticket support to Cirque employees IT requests.
· Perform physical work at the Datacenters (drive swaps, server racking, cable runs)
· Troubleshoot and remedy a variety of common end-user issues.
· Provide support to the Mac fleet.
· Handle password and account reset requests.
· Provide phone/teams support to Cirque employees.
· Escalate issues within the department as required.
· New hire on-boarding and setup.
· Handle file access requests.
· Provide troubleshooting for end user phones, Outlook, Teams, Authenticator setups.
· Troubleshoot basic Windows server issues.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of prior experience in an internal IT support role.
· Basic understanding of networking, servers, VPNs, and endpoint workstations.
· Experience troubleshooting MacOS and JAMF issues
· Experience with Windows 10/11 or Windows Server
· Basic knowledge of the Linux Terminal environment
· Basic knowledge of Linux file permissions and ACLs
· Basic knowledge of performance troubleshooting
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra and Intune
