We are seeking a 3rd shift Supervisor with the hours of 11pm to 7am Monday through Friday.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and support our production team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality production while developing a flexible, multiskilled workforce aligned with company values and operational goals.

What You’ll Do
- As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and supervise production employees to ensure efficient operations and high‑quality product output
- Organize and schedule work based on employee skill sets, machine availability, and production demands
- Coach, train, and develop team members in equipment operation, manufacturing techniques, safety, SPC, recycling, and company processes
- Resolve machine, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Promote and enforce a safe work environment by supporting safety initiatives, investigating incidents, and participating in safety committee activities
- Communicate production performance, capacity concerns, and product issues with internal stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production team
- Manage attendance, payroll, overtime, and paid time off records
- Ensure plant security and operational integrity during assigned shifts
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) following company standards and documented procedures
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 4‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and production workflows
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable with consistent and reliable attendance
