- ⚙️ Develop and optimize manufacturing methods, systems, and processes.
- 🛠 Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
- 📊 Evaluate equipment and process capabilities to ensure quality and compliance.

- 👥 Mentor Supervisors, Leads, and Operators to grow team capability.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 🏭 1-3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- 📐 Experience with PFMEA, DFM, or 2P/3P process introduction tools.
- 💻 SolidWorks proficiency.
- 🗣 Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- ✋ Hands-on, results-driven; familiarity with lean principles a plus.
💪 Physical & Work Requirements:
- 🏋️ Lift 25–50 lbs; stand, walk, bend, twist, and carry tools/materials.
- ⏱ Support 24/5 plant operations; regular attendance required.
- 📈 Exempt role; ~45 hours per week.
