Compensation
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $81,427 to $108,569. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate's knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer plans, develops, and coordinates manufacturing processes.
Essential Functions
- Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and components, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Analyzes and plans production equipment utilization.
- Confers with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
- Coordinates with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of materials or parts, and evaluates products / fixtures according to specifications and quality standards.
- Sets machine sequence set-up and cycle times for the manufacture parts to customer requirement.
- Use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) software for parametric modeling, simulation, analysis, and product documentation.

Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- 2 years of related experience
- Programming software experience
- CAD experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 years of related experience
- SolidWorks / ESPRIT experience
- Die Cast experience
