Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for a Material handler at our client that is a worldwide distributor of Electrical products and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Responsibilities:
Warehouse Support Associate

Monday through Friday, 9 AM- 5 PM
**The first 30 days this associate will train with our 7AM-3 PM shift, from 7AM-3PM and then after the 30 day training, their schedule will constantly be 9AM-5PM.

$22.00/hour. 

Forklift certified or experience to be certified within first 2 weeks of employment. 

This role will help with all outlets of the warehouse, mainly our pipe department and our receiving department. 

Some of the regular, main duties include:

Keeping all areas of the warehouse clean and organized. 
Keeping the docks and pipe stacks outside manageable and clean. 
Handling any pipe moves needed inside and outside (mainly inside) 

Able to be called on from different departments for help with certain projects or needs. 
Responsible for receiving material arriving late into the building (From 3PM-5PM) 
Material put away. 
Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in warehouse, including order picking, shipping and/or receiving
• Ability to lift heavy packages up to 70 lbs. and work on feet for typical 8 hour shift
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency; successful working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility; willingness to take on any project
• Detail oriented

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.  The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:  Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.  Entry dates into the 401(k) are:  1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
