Job Objective: Ensure the safety and security of everyone who enters the Harbor Light Center while supporting the mission of The Salvation Army.Responsibilities:Monitor and control access to the facility.Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including the mini-park and parking lot.Respond to and manage any security incidents or emergencies.Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.Collaborate with other staff to ensure a safe and secure environment for residents and visitors.Enforce facility rules and regulations.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in security or a related field preferred.Strong observational and communication skills.Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations effectively.Basic computer skills for logging and reporting#ZR#LOW-1
