Position: Machinist II
Pay: $35.00 Hourly (Contract)
Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm
Location: Franklin, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machinist II to start IMMEDIATELY at $35/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Support safety protocols proactively and consistently.
- Produce tooling and fixtures for production using machining skills and equipment.
- Inspect parts and tools with gauges to meet specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment safety.
- Conduct visual inspections and bead blasting as needed.
- Recognize and resolve practical machining problems.
- Handle hazardous materials safely and properly.
- Polish, blend, and ensure product quality standards.
- Build inspection fixtures and perform cold working on metal components.
- Follow routing instructions carefully and perform work assignments efficiently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 3 years experience with hand tools and manual mills/lathes with CNC retrofit.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and technical data.
- Knowledge of tooling speeds, feeds, and offsets.
- Capable of writing and testing CNC programs.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong organization and teamwork skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass FAA drug screening and background check.
