Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $70k/annually! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the plant’s safety, loss control, quality assurance, and warranty programs. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a culture of safety and quality, and provides leadership and support to plant staff in maintaining operational excellence.

Quality

• Maintain existing product standards, develop new standards as needed, and evaluate materials and workmanship for compliance.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process and plant procedures.
• Lead and support the training and ongoing development of Production Supervisors.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with state and third-party inspectors.
• Oversee the timely review and updating of state manuals.
• Ensure state insignias are ordered, applied, and reported accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor and improve processes related to state insignia acquisition.
• Understand and apply the set-up manual, distinguishing between factory and site work.
• Identify materials required for on-site completion (e.g., ship-loose items, pack-out materials).
• Provide direct supervision to the Quality Control/Transportation Supervisor.

Warranty

• Enforce company warranty policies and procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with dealers and on-site personnel to ensure effective warranty issue resolution.
• Utilize warranty service as an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction and company reputation.
• Communicate service-related feedback to production teams to drive product improvement.
• Receive, schedule, and manage all service requests efficiently.
• Coordinate and oversee Service Technicians and subcontractors.
• Process and manage all service-related documentation from subcontractors, dealers, and manufacturers.
• Track and report credit card and cash expenditures monthly.
• Manage service vehicle records, including insurance, licensing, and registration.
• Maintain and update a database of subcontractors by region.
• Lead regular service solutions meetings.

Safety

• Promote and lead initiatives to strengthen safety awareness and performance across the plant.
• Develop, implement, and support ongoing safety training programs.
• Oversee compliance with workers’ compensation, EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.
• Provide direct supervision to the Safety Coordinator.

Location: Rochester, IN

Schedule/Shift Details: 8AM-5PM, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, Trade School or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years experience or similar role.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance position in the commercial or residential construction industry.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, and have basic mathematical skills.
• Knowledge of framing, siding, roofing, and mechanical and electrical systems.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Good decision making skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, State workers compensation rules and regulations.
• Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
