This position is a temp to hire position.
Integrity Trade Services is IMMEDIATELY hiring for building pallets at our client that is an Pet Supply warehouse and is located in Joliet, IL.

Responsibilities:
Pallet Builder

•  This person would be responsible for taking totes off the assembly line and building pallets.-consistent lifting
  Perform other general warehouse functions as needed

Location: Joliet, IL
Schedule/Shift Details

• Monday-Friday, 4a-2:30p

Qualifications

• Have the ability to perform heavy lifting functions *must be able to lift 50-75 lbs*
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.  The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.  An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.  Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

• 401(k) with company match for eligible employees.

Eligibility:  Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.  Entry dates into the 401(k) are:  1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.  As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
