Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Order and Logistics Planner for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $65k-$75k/annually. Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Order & Logistics Planner collaborates with estimators, the Director of Operations, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role also maintains clear and effective communication with customers to confirm work instructions, timelines, and delivery expectations.
- Review incoming purchase orders for accuracy and follow up with internal teams or customers to obtain any missing information required to generate job routers.
- Enter and acknowledge purchase orders within the ERP system (JobBOSS).
- Create and compile job routers, including all necessary documentation for production such as drawings, paint specifications, and quality requirements, prior to release to the shop floor.
- Provide customers with updates regarding order status, production progress, and shipping details.
- Partner closely with the Production Manager and Director of Operations to maintain schedules and meet delivery deadlines.
- Support departmental scheduling efforts.
- Coordinate driver check-ins for incoming and outgoing material deliveries.
- Process incoming and outgoing documentation, including stamping and paperwork.
- Generate packing lists for completed jobs.
- Arrange transportation for customer and vendor shipments via email or online portals.
- Maintain and update the incoming order log and active sales tracking sheet on a daily basis.
- Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures within the office environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Oak Creek, WI
Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift, Monday-Friday 7-3:30PM
- Overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism
