Machine Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin
Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday – Friday) OT Start at 5am
Pay Rate: Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our reputable client in Waukesha, Wisconsin. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with prior machine operation experience, particularly with wire cutting machinery. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience operating manufacturing or wire cutting machinery
- Ability to measure accurately using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to distinguish colors
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating programmable wire cutters
- Flexibility to assist with other machines or positions as needed
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in wire cutting or related manufacturing processes
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work safely and efficiently on first shift hours (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
- Willingness to work overtime starting at 5:00 AM when needed
