Location will vary each day. Company is an Erosion Control Company that provides erosion fencing for construction job sites. Ideally looking for candidates in the Racine, Wisconsin area as the crew they will be working with is all from that area and can provide a carpool to the jobsites.The General Laborer will be Gathering materials from the work truck and laying them out for the fencing project Using a sledge hammer to hammer wood stakes into the ground Working outside in all elements Once stakes are in the ground, candidate will work with team members to staple the plastic fencing to the stakes to provide a barrier. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave401(k) with company match for eligible employees.Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.
