Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 4:00/5:00 PM (flexible end time)

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Wire EDM machines after training
- Set up workpieces, fixtures, and reference points
- Load and adjust machining programs to meet specifications
- Inspect finished PCD tools using high-precision measuring devices
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area organized
Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding with a willingness to learn
- CAD/CAM experience required
- Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to develop these skills
- Precise, detail-oriented working style
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude
Skills
- Wire EDM operation, setup, and monitoring
- Wire EDM machining and inspection of PCD tooling
- High-precision measurement techniques
