Accounts Receivable - $24-$25/hr DOE!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounts Receivable candidate for our steel fabricating client to start immediately at $24-$25/hr DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Accounts Receivable role is responsible for managing all accounts receivable activities for the organization. This position also handles job setup within the accounting system, including obtaining and documenting project budgets. A foundational understanding of company policies, procedures, and proper recordkeeping for invoices and credit card transactions is required. This individual will support team members with assigned tasks as needed. Additionally, all team members may occasionally be asked to perform duties outside of their standard responsibilities, provided they are qualified to do so.

• Preparing and filing general correspondence, memos, charts, reports, tables, and other documentation
• Performing data entry across multiple systems for various functions
• Reviewing, preparing, and entering customer invoices on a daily basis
• Tracking credit card receipts and reconciling monthly statements
• Preparing and submitting both lump-sum and time-and-material billings to customers
• Monitoring customer accounts and payment details
• Managing sensitive documentation and secure access to company accounts
• Coordinating with Project Managers to resolve billing-related inquiries
• Communicating professionally with colleagues, management, clients, vendors, and external contacts
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Location: LaPorte, IN

Schedule/Shift Details: 7AM-3:30PM, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in office administration, accounts receivable, or a related field
• Working knowledge of accounts receivable processes and customer-related accounting practices
• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or additional education preferred
• Valid driver’s license or government-issued identification required
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• Proficiency in operating standard office equipment such as copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines
• Capability to compile and report both routine and non-routine information
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
