Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Branch Manager for our traffic control client to start immediately up to $95K annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of branch crews and equipment, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with customer needs. This role provides hands-on leadership across branch operations, including staffing, financial performance, compliance, training, and field execution. It is a working manager position that requires direct involvement in traffic control and field operations. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who can balance corporate priorities, customer expectations, and local resource needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee branch operations, including production, budgeting, and overall financial performance.
• Manage shop activity, customer relationships, and job site operations.
• Partner with estimating teams to support capacity planning and resolve critical path issues.
• Collaborate with accounting teams on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise crews and equipment, including those operating in remote locations, to meet customer expectations.
• Communicate professionally with municipalities and customers, including managing project notifications and permit requirements.
• Apply sound judgment to quickly assess issues and implement effective solutions.
• Develop employee schedules, manage labor needs, and ensure project paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Plan and schedule projects to maximize efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Evaluate employee capabilities and participate in hiring, termination, training, and development decisions.
• Maintain oversight of safety requirements, including DOT and industry compliance standards.
• Be available for high-demand scheduling needs, including evenings, weekends, and emergency situations.
• Request materials, manage billing, and support accurate revenue forecasting.
• Travel as needed to support project oversight and branch operations.

Schedule/Shift Details: Day Shift

• Strong leadership skills with a commitment to safety, ethics, and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with employees, vendors, customers, and agencies.
• Collaborative mindset with strong decision-making and team-building abilities.
• Financial acumen, including understanding of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow, and profitability.
• Knowledge of state regulations related to traffic control devices and materials.
• Active involvement in industry associations, coalitions, and state DOT partnerships preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Viewpoint experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic control and safety, including hands-on crew work and formal industry training preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
