Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $85k-$100k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
General Accounting
- Perform daily, weekly, and month-end accounting tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and applicable laws.
- Lead and assist with quarterly and annual close processes, including participation in special accounting initiatives.
Cost Accounting
- Conduct gross margin analysis across products, inventory, and overall business performance.
- Evaluate job costing data to ensure accuracy and provide insight for pricing and forecasting.
Accounts Receivable, Collections & Credit
- Oversee collections activities, including resolving past-due balances and securing outstanding payments.
- Assess customer credit risk and make recommendations regarding approvals, denials, and credit limits.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding account status and payment expectations.
Cash Management
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including cash balances, financing, disbursements, and investments.
- Analyze cash forecasts and address variances proactively.
Banking & ACH Administration
- Manage banking transactions, including ACH processing for customers and vendors.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain required documentation to support ISO standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment required; experience in metals machining is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems and business software, including email, document management, and database systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel; report writing experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrates accountability and persistence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed and proactive with strong time management and follow-through.
- Technical capability to develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to recommend and support process improvements.
