What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Business Partner position at Integrity Staffing Solutions?
We’re looking for an HR Partner who can step in, build trust fast, and make an immediate impact on the floor. This is a 6-month assignment supporting a food manufacturing operation—hands-on, fast-paced, and highly visible.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations across the plant—handling concerns, investigations, and day-to-day HR support
- Partner closely with supervisors and managers to resolve issues, improve communication, and drive consistency in people practices
- Lead and support workplace investigations, ensuring timely, fair, and well-documented outcomes
- Identify trends in employee relations and proactively recommend solutions to improve engagement and reduce risk
- Support and deliver training programs focused on leadership development, compliance, and plant-level performance
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to strengthen workforce capability and retention
- Coach front-line leaders on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied in a non-union environment
- Assist with performance management processes, documentation, and corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with operations and leadership to support a positive, productive plant culture
What you bring:
- Proven HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing highly preferred)
- Experience supporting non-union populations with a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law
- Strong background in conducting investigations, managing conflict, and advising leaders
- Experience developing and delivering training programs for supervisors and employees
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust across all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Local to the Lebanon, IN area and available for a 6-month assignment
