Location & Schedule
- Onsite role (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- You need to be local to our Phoenix, AZ office and available to work in-office daily
- Ability to drive to client locations for client tours and employee check ins
- Recruit and schedule interviews for warehouse, distribution, and entry-level operations roles
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and client contacts
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in Bullhorn/ATS systems
- Coordinate onboarding activities including I-9, background checks, drug screens, payroll, and compliance documentation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the hiring and onboarding process
- Partner directly with client leadership to understand staffing priorities, fill rates, attendance trends, and workforce challenges
- Conduct regular in-person, phone, or virtual check-ins with employees on assignment
- Provide workforce reporting and participate in client meetings to maintain strong partnerships and service levels
- Troubleshoot staffing or employee concerns independently and communicate solutions effectively
- Support onsite operations including inventory management, training, and office administration as needed
- Travel to client sites as required to support recruiting and workforce operations
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of customer service, recruiting, staffing, HR, or workforce coordination experience
- Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, or high-volume staffing environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Spanish language fluency is strongly preferred
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel to client locations when needed
