Integrity Security Services LLC is seeking professional, dependable, and highly qualified Armed Security Officers for a school and religious institution located in the northwest section of Philadelphia.
This position provides security coverage Monday through Friday during school operations, with additional opportunities available on Saturdays and Sundays during religious services. We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time officers.
Requirements:
Applicants must be active or retired law enforcement officers.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills, professional judgment, and the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, visitors, congregants, and families.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
Monitoring entrances, exits, and common areas
Assisting with access control and visitor screening
Responding to security concerns, disturbances, or emergencies
Working professionally with school leadership, staff, families, and religious institution members
Providing a calm, confident, and respectful presence at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior law enforcement experience
Experience working in schools, religious institutions, or community-based environments
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout the shift
Compensation:
Starting pay is $32.50 per hour.
