Integrity Security Services LLC is hiring for a confidential residential estate security assignment in the Gladwyne / Main Line area.
We are seeking active or retired law enforcement officers only for a private residential security position serving a high-net-worth client. This assignment requires discretion, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a private estate environment with the highest level of confidentiality.
Starting Salary
Starting salary is $70,000 per year.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional security guard post. This is a private residential security assignment where the officer will provide a professional, visible deterrent, assist with access control, document activity on the property, and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
The ideal candidate understands the difference between simply standing a post and providing professional residential protection. We are looking for someone who is observant, well-spoken, dependable, and capable of representing Integrity Security Services in a high-end private setting.
Primary Responsibilities
Officers assigned to this detail may be responsible for:
Monitoring access to the property
Documenting vendors, workers, deliveries, and authorized visitors
Recording vehicle information and license plates when appropriate
Conducting exterior property checks and visible patrols
Maintaining a professional security presence
Identifying and reporting suspicious activity
Communicating clearly with supervisors
Completing daily activity reports and incident reports when necessary
Maintaining complete discretion regarding the client, property, schedule, and security procedures
Confidentiality Requirement
Due to the nature of this assignment, all applicants selected for this position will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before being assigned to the detail.
Client information, property details, schedules, security procedures, and any observations made while working the assignment are strictly confidential. Discretion is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be an active or retired law enforcement officer
Must be professional, punctual, and reliable
Must be able to work in a private residential environment
Must have strong communication skills
Must be able to follow post orders and document activity accurately
Must understand confidentiality and client privacy
Must present a polished and professional appearance
Preferred Background
Prior experience in residential security, estate protection, executive protection, dignitary protection, surveillance, investigations, or high-profile security assignments is a plus.
