Civil Engineer - Engineer In Training

Hired Candidate MUST BE within Driving Distance of Pittsburgh Pa.

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 3 years of experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newer engineer who is looking to develop their skills and grow with a supportive and expanding company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in site design, PA permitting, and proficiency in Civil 3D.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare site design plans including grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and utility layouts.
• Develop drawings and technical documents using Civil 3D.
• Assist with Pennsylvania permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Support project planning, design, and documentation for land development and infrastructure projects.
• Review project plans to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D.
• Experience with Pennsylvania permitting processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with land development or site development projects.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or working toward PE licensure.
