Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Dependable and professional
• Previous experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, behavioral health, or acute care is a plus
• Ability to meet facility-specific onboarding and credentialing requirements
