Life insurance Broker (Part-Time)

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Part-Time Financial Services Representatives. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for professionals looking to work 5 to 10 hours per week while making a meaningful impact in clients’ lives through financial education and solutions.

This position is within a highly regulated industry, and candidates must pass a background check. If you have prior felonies or misdemeanors related to financial misconduct, this may affect your eligibility.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients with financial education, insurance, and wealth-building strategies
• Maintain and grow your personal client base using company tools
• Follow regulatory requirements and company compliance protocols
• Collaborate with local team leaders and attend training sessions (remote or in-person)

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Clean background check (no financial-related felonies or misdemeanors)
• Interest in obtaining a state license (we provide support)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in finance, sales, or customer service is a plus—but not required
