PIPAC Health and Life Brokerage, an Integrity partner, is seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in the health and life insurance industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in connecting individuals and families with health insurance solutions that fit their needs. If you are passionate about helping others, have a knack for sales, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to help protect their health and wealth. Educate customers about available plans and services, ensuring they understand their options. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics. Effectively manage leads, utilizing CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales progress. Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate and compliant information to clients. Participate in Team and Individual meetings collaborating to improve sales strategies and processes and provide feedback on goals and marketing. Experience and skill requirements: Previous sales experience, preferably in health and life insurance or related industry. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent time management skills and a proven record of accomplishment meeting or exceeding sales targets working in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Health and Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
