We’re a well-established, growing landscaping and irrigation company that’s already a significant player in the Granbury area — and we’re just getting started. We’re ambitious, customer-obsessed, and actively pushing to hit $1 Million in revenue while expanding our footprint and becoming one of the top irrigation and landscaping teams in the region.
Right now we have a solid backlog of 20–30 sprinkler repair jobs ready to go, and we’re looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician who wants to come in, make great money, and play a key role in helping us take this company to the next level.
This is a full-time position with real growth potential. As we rapidly grow our sprinkler division, you’ll have the chance to become a key player in a company that’s hungry to expand. We have tons of opportunity ahead — we just need the right driven technician to help us “flip the switch” and scale the irrigation side of the business.
Your main focus will be owning sprinkler repairs and troubleshooting. When irrigation work is lighter (especially during this current ramp-up phase), you’ll jump in and help with shrub trimming, basic landscaping, and other field tasks so the whole team stays productive and moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle full irrigation/sprinkler repairs and troubleshooting (leaks, valves, heads, pipes, wiring, solenoids, controllers, pressure issues, etc.)
- Knock out our current backlog of 20–30 jobs and take on new work as we grow
- Perform inspections, maintenance, winterizations, spring startups, and system upgrades
- Deliver outstanding customer service that turns clients into raving fans
- Help with trimming, landscaping, and clean-ups during lighter irrigation periods
- Represent our company with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of hands-on professional irrigation experience — you can jump in and start working independently right away
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across all major components and brands
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to pitch in with landscaping/trimming work when needed
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation habits
- Positive, self-motivated team player who’s excited about growth
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay: $16/hour (guaranteed 40 hours/week)
- Big performance upside: We charge $120 per hour for our work — you keep 30% of all billable labor. Top performers are realistically earning $35 /hour (and higher on strong days).
