Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced CIPP Foreman to lead our CIPP installation crews. The CIPP Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for crew members and project managers. This position requires regular travel (3–6 months per year) to out-of-town projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead CIPP installation crews in the field.
- Coordinate daily job site activities, including preparation, setup, and execution of CIPP lining projects.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Operate and oversee CIPP equipment, including wet-out, inversion, curing, and reinstatement tools.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with project managers.
- Train and mentor crew members on CIPP processes and safety practices.
- Complete daily reports, time logs, and other required documentation.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and functionality.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation.
- Previous leadership or foreman experience required.
- Strong knowledge of CIPP installation processes and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and work orders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel extensively (3–6 months per year) for projects.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
