Part-Time & Full-Time | Onsite | $27.00–$31.50/hr
Integrity HR Partners is recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven autism center dedicated to whole-person care. This role offers compassionate professionals the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families through evidence-based clinical support.
About the Role:
As a Clinical Trainee - Level 1 EIDBI Provider, you’ll deliver structured, center-based therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. You’ll implement treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and professionals to support growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment strategies developed by a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP)
- Lead therapy sessions focused on communication, socialization, and behavior
- Collect and document progress data
- Use evidence-based behavior management techniques
- Provide parent training for consistency at home
- Maintain compliance with DHS and company standards
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
Requirements:
- Master’s degree and completion of a licensure program
- Meets Level I EIDBI provider qualifications
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in a structured, in-center environment
- Available Monday–Saturday (flexible scheduling)
