Integrity HR Partners is recruiting on behalf of a mission-driven autism center dedicated to whole-person care. About the Role
As a BCBA, you’ll design and implement individualized behavior plans that empower children to grow, thrive, and reach meaningful milestones. You’ll mentor ABA implementers, collaborate with families and support teams, and lead training across clinical and educational settings.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized behavior plans
Document progress and outcomes with precision
Provide hands-on supervision and mentorship to ABA implementers
Lead practicum sessions, classroom instruction, and in-service training
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and integrity
Ideal Candidate
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Passion for whole-person care and collaborative practice
Comfortable in hybrid or onsite settings
