Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our guest rooms and public areas.
- Room Preparation: Stripping and making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, and vacuuming floors.
- Guest Amenities: Replenishing towels, soaps, coffee, and other room supplies.
- Deep Cleaning: Performing periodic tasks like cleaning windows, baseboards, and carpets to maintain brand standards.
- Safety & Organization: Managing your cleaning cart efficiently and following all safety protocols regarding chemicals and equipment.
- Guest Service: Responding to guest requests with a friendly smile and professional "can-do" attitude.
Qualifications
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and a track record of punctual attendance.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for the small things that make a room feel like home.
- Team Spirit: Willingness to assist coworkers during busy periods or weekends.
- Experience: Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate
