What You'll Do
As the face of our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your goal is to provide a seamless and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.
- Guest Relations: Greet guests with a smile, handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and provide information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Reservations: Manage incoming calls, book reservations, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or requests promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and balance your shift drawer.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms are ready and up to standard.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a great attitude
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to learn and operate hotel property management systems (Choice Advantage experience is a plus).
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: A neat appearance and a positive, "can-do" demeanor.
