Job Summary:

As a Gutter Technician, you will work in a tight-knit team of 2–3 people to install seamless gutter systems on both residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety while working at heights. You’ll be the face of Integrity on the job site, ensuring every project is completed to our elite standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation: Install new gutter systems, downspouts, and leaf protection on residential and commercial buildings.
  

• Teamwork: Work efficiently within a 2–3 person crew to meet daily production goals.
  

• Safety & Heights: Comfortably and safely operate on ladders and at various heights throughout the day.
  

• Site Management: Perform gutter removals and ensure the job site is cleaner than when you arrived.
  

• Quality Control: Ensure all gutters are pitched correctly and sealed to prevent leaks and water damage.
  

Qualifications:

• Direct Experience: Proven experience in residential and commercial gutter installation and removal.
  

• Construction Background: General construction experience is required.
  

• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift heavy materials and be completely comfortable working on ladders.
  

• Reliability: A "go-getter" attitude with a track record of showing up on time and ready to work.
  

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (Based on experience)
  

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Occasional overtime to stay ahead of the weather!)
