Overview
We are seeking a motivated and creative Content Creator to capture real, on the job HVAC installation content for our growing company. This role is focused on filming daily field operations and turning our installs into engaging social media content that builds trust, brand awareness, and leads.
This is a hands on, in the field position, not a desk job.
Duties
- Travel to residential HVAC job sites with our install teams
- Film high quality video content of installs, before/after shots, team interactions, and processes
- Capture content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Identify compelling moments that showcase craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer experience
- Organize and manage video files for marketing use
- (Optional but preferred) Edit videos into short form social media content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks)
- Collaborate with management on content ideas, promotions, and campaigns
Requirements
- Must have a smartphone capable of shooting high-quality video (iPhone or equivalent preferred)
- Experience using basic filming tools (gimbals, mics, etc.) is a plus
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable working in active job site environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to capture clean, engaging footage
- Self starter who can operate independently in the field
- Good communication skills and ability to work with install teams
- Basic understanding of social media trends is a plus
- Video editing experience is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
